We currently offer delivery services only to the Riyadh area, and delivery fees vary based on the customer's location. Deliveries usually take 1 -10 business days, and special delivery times can be arranged if needed. For distribution products, delivery is made within three weeks after design approval.
Our products are handcrafted with love and precision in Saudi Arabia. We use locally sourced natural ingredients in our molds, such as sand and other natural materials, making each piece unique. Since we use these natural materials, it's difficult to control the exact shade of color, and the colors may range from white to beige to light gray, all of which are natural and beautiful tones. If you have a specific color preference, you can let us know in the notes section, and we'll do our best to fulfill your request, or we may surprise you with a special color. You may also notice small air bubbles in the product, which is natural and unavoidable due to the use of natural materials in manufacturing. We ensure no synthetic materials are added to prevent this. For candles, the color shades will closely match those shown in the pictures, though the arrangement may vary from one piece to another, which is what makes our products unique and crafted with care.
We manufacture products to order, so we do not offer returns. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we will compensate you or send a replacement. If the customer refuses to accept the shipment or if there is an error in the customer's details, such as a phone number or email, causing the order to be returned to us, the delivery fees will be deducted from the order value. If you wish to receive the shipment again after it is returned, you will need to pay the delivery fees again.
Yes, you can add a design to the distributions as long as the design is suitable for printing. Please attach the design, and we will get back to you.
